Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Kansas LBA

• Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Essentials For Living, Vineland) 

• Develop and monitor treatment plans and behavior intervention plans 

• Determine frequency and direction of services for children receiving ABA therapy

• Provide ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical quality for clients served

• Monitor client progress regularly through data analysis to ensure treatment integrity and progress

• Provide parent counseling/training

• Collaborate effectively with other interdisciplinary team members to maintain high-quality, coordinated care

• Complete all treatment documentation in accordance with Astra ABA deadlines and BACB guidelines

• Maintain all documentation in accordance with BACB guidelines, state, and insurance requirements

• Participate in company, clinical, and professional meetings or development activities as required
