Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in Toms River, NJ. As an RBT at True Progress Therapy, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavioral interventions and strategies with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies in a one-on-one setting with children, as directed by the BCBA
• Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress
• Assisting with skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
• Collaborating with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate records of client progress and session notes

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., ABA, education, or healthcare)

• Initial RBT training and certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible scheduling (part-time position)
