ServiceNow Developer--Backfill Job in Wayne, PA

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a ServiceNow Developer

Position type:
Duration: 6 months plus
Location: REMOTE

The client is looking for a mid-level Service Now Developer with experience in creating Request Items using Master Templates.
The person also needs to have experience in promoting these requests from the Dev environment to QA after securing acceptance from the business users.
Needs to work with the Cap G who manages Production environment.
This individual needs to work in the EU time zone. Hiring Manager, PM and BA are located in Europe.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement moderately complex scripts, workflows, and integrations to create custom applications in ServiceNow
Configure ServiceNow solutions and integrate them with client HR systems and other enterprise applications
Troubleshoot and resolve errors in ServiceNow configurations
Engage with customers to understand and document requirements
Participate in design and code review
Create and maintain project management artifacts such as project scope and status reports
Develop new catalog items and task-based workflows to support cross-team engagement
Research and recommend new functionality to deliver customer value
Produce and maintain detailed system documentation
Contribute to ServiceNow application and platform upgrades
Required Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Strong JavaScript programming skills
Proficiency in developing web services (JSON, SOAP, XML)
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices
ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with domain separation and system/process automation
Knowledge of LDAP, SQL, and MID servers
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience with content management systems
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform
The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range : $70- $75 pr hr
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
