Cornelis Networks is hiring a talented Senior Software Release Program Manager with a strong software development background, a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software release products, and excellent organizational and communication skills. In this role you will work alongside a team of industry experts to shape the future of high-performance networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work directly and closely with software development teams and coordinate with other cross-functional teams including program management; sales and marketing; ASIC and hardware engineering; software validation; manufacturing operations; and customer support to successfully drive planning, execution, qualification, launch, and sustaining engineering of our innovative networking software solutions with a specific focus on software release. You will collaborate with experts from across the company to develop and publish software roadmaps and to create and deliver software program progress and status reporting for Executive management. Additionally, you will be expected to effectively balance coordination of internal resources and deliveries with customer expectations to ensure Cornelis' delivery, financial, and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with software development using C coding language and using git
- Experience in one or more scripting language (TCL, Python, Perl, Shell-scripting)
- Understanding of traditional network protocols such as, TCP/IP
- Experience with advanced networking for HPC
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 + years' experience with project management methodologies and best practices including use of Microsoft Office productivity suite.
- 4 + years' experience with Atlassian Jira or similar tools to manage and track software activities.
- 4 + years' experience developing with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as strong organization, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline with 6+ years of work experience, or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline with 4+ years of work experience, or a PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline with 2+ years of work experience.
Location: This role fully supports remote work for employees residing within the United States, with the flexibility to travel to our Chesterbrook Corporate Center located in Wayne, PA occasionally for in-person collaboration.
