Air Squared Manufacturing, LLC is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager to serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries. The Engineering Project Manager will also work between customers and all supporting teams.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 / year, based on qualifications and experience

Engineering Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Maintain direct communication with the customer as the primary contact
• Work with customers to fully define project scope
• Create long term project plans that define the project timeline, milestones, and deliverables
• Continuously evaluate project performance and ensure projects are on track to meet customer expectations
• Manage customer documentation and reporting (i.e. PPAP submission, test results, CAD and drawings, etc.)
• Identify all key stakeholders and handle communication between them
• Lead all planning processes and meetings
• Define and assign project actions to extended team members
• Lead issue resolution
• Manage design changes in an effective efficient manner
• Support high level project and resource planning activities
• Ensure testing meets customer specifications and is performed per the schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned

Engineering Project Manager Qualifications:

• MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (required)
• Strong communication skills (required)
• 2 years of project management related experience (preferred)
• Automotive background (preferred)
• Experience with automotive, medical device, or aerospace industries (preferred)
• Analytical work methodology and problem solving (preferred)
• Ability to work on multiple projects effectively (preferred)
• Experience with various manufacturing processes (preferred)
