We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Automation Sales Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City area.

Job Overview:
As the Regional Automation Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the assigned region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the automation and robotics industry, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively manage a territory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned region
• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales or territory management
• Experience in industrial sales, preferably in the automation/robotic industry
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
