Job Title: Full-time Tax and Accounting Manager

Location: Central Omaha CPA Firm

Job Description: We are seeking a proficient Tax and Accounting Manager with expertise in individual and business taxation, QuickBooks, and accounting services. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of clients and oversee a wide range of accounting and tax projects. This role involves working closely with partners to manage and train interns and staff accountants. Responsibilities include reviewing individual and business tax returns, preparing and reviewing Attest Services, and handling special projects. Responsibilities:

• Manage individual and business taxation
• Prepare and review Federal and State tax returns
• Implement QuickBooks and basic accounting services
• Prepare depreciation schedules
• Participate in Attest Services preparation and review

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar business degree
• 4 years of public accounting experience with CPA license or EA, or preparing to sit for the exam
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with project deadlines
